Absence or minimum of hallways

Your apartment should enhance the quality of life and facilitate family togetherness, so it's vital to plan a central 'meeting place' rather than scatter everyone into separate rooms connected only by hallway.

Wardrobe

Or a well-planned closet. Preferably not a built-in one. The wardrobe should open fully so that the owner can see everything inside and quickly put together an outfit.

Home office or niche-office

We live in an interesting time when there's no need to go to the office for work. To make this as comfortable as possible, a home office should be thoughtfully designed with everything having its place. Don't forget the printer either. But we always try to hide it because aesthetics are also very important.

Comfortable bathroom with installation

It should be noted that the installation in this item is mandatory. It's much more beautiful and hygienic.
