How to Create a Stylish and Uninteresting Interior in Pastel Tones
We show an excellent example of a neutral interior that will remain relevant and fashionable for a long time
Designer Silva Gonian created the interior of a two-room apartment for a young woman. The decor fully reflects the owner's inner world — she chose neutral and pastel shades with a hint of accent color brown rose. We tell you the details.
Layout
The apartment has many windows and a quite convenient layout. There were minor changes: the balcony was connected to the living room, the kitchen and bathroom were enlarged at the expense of the corridor. Author's supervision and finishing work were carried out remotely, as the designer is in another country.

Kitchen
The kitchen is quite spacious. Among household appliances are built-in refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The cabinet was installed along one wall and visually divided into two parts: near the window, tall column cabinets, further away — a block with a worktop.

In the niche, open shelves were placed and a bar counter was designed, which is convenient for breakfast or working at a laptop. The worktop was fixed so that a coffee maker and toaster can be placed on it — for this, outlets were provided in the niche.

English paint Little Greene was used for finishing. Engineered wood and Italon tiles were chosen as flooring.

Living Room
The living room features a cozy area with a sofa and armchair, as well as a spacious storage system — all carpentry items were made to custom sizes.

For the living room, pastel dusted shades were chosen with white and gray tones in furniture and accessories. The main decor was live plants.

Bedroom
In the bedroom, a muted powder blue tone brown rose was used which perfectly complements natural textured fabrics made of linen and cotton.

A separate wardrobe, divided into two zones, became the main storage space for a large number of personal items of the client.

Bathroom
The bathroom has a full-size bathtub, a wide vanity unit under the sink, toilet and shelves for storage in the niche. The finish is very striking — ceramic granite under marble and rich color paint. An unusual solution is a semi-circular mirror that softens the straight lines of other furniture items.
