Small-size housing often suffers from lack of free space and sparse furniture. But even with limited area, it is possible to create a comfortable living environment.

The owner of this apartment requested designers from Huge Studio to implement the space in gray-blue tones, without unnecessary decoration or excesses. Let's see if the decorators were able to meet all the wishes.

A small Khrushchyovka in the center of the capital did not require a capital repair, as it had already been done. Only the layout was changed: a partition was created from scratch in the studio, separating the bedroom from the kitchen and living room.

A compact kitchen cabinet includes a built-in small refrigerator and a narrow dishwasher. Since the owner of this single-room flat does not spend much time cooking, a two-burner stove was installed.

The drawers and shelves were custom-made. The largest cabinet is located in the bedroom, where most of the items are stored. However, glass doors were too expensive and slightly disrupted the planned budget.

The walls in the apartment were painted with Loggia paint, and the floor was laid with Italon ceramic granite. The parquet was not changed, only slightly restored, which reflected in overall savings.

The bathroom walls were finished with gray microcement suitable for humid environments. The floor tiles and mosaic in the shower were also purchased from the Italon brand.
