Micro bathroom 3 sqm in eco style for 125 thousand rubles
We saved almost everywhere, but it turned out great
We already told about an incredibly cozy Khrushchyovka located in the small city of Angarsk in Irkutsk region near Lake Baikal, where a family of four lives: father, mother and two daughters aged seven and five years old. Our heroine Kатya together with her husband created a unique interior, almost everything of which was made with their own hands and soul. Today we will tell more about a great but budget-friendly bathroom.
Katya Dorokhina - Apartment owner, blogger
On the layout
Our apartment is located in a five-story Khrushchyovka built in 1975, the apartment area is 40.9 sqm, two-room. The bathroom is combined - 3 sqm.

On zoning and storage
Our bathroom is divided into two zones - the "wet" and the "dry" zone, accordingly, where there is a "wet" zone, tiles are on the walls, and where there is no such humidity, the walls are painted with moisture-resistant paint.

There is a niche in front of the bathroom door, which was created as a result of re-planning, and we organized a utility cabinet there. It stores the iron, vacuum cleaner, first aid kit, various paint remnants after repair, various household items, but notable here are the doors. We made them ourselves: wooden frames with canvas stretched inside. It resulted in an eco style.

On the sink, which is not there
There is no sink in our bathroom; instead, a washing machine stands. Above it, we made a wooden countertop. No, this does not cause any discomfort for us: there is easy access to the tap above the bathtub, even children can reach it easily!

On the screen under the bathtub
A separate love in the bathroom is a screen under the bathtub made of roller shutter doors, which we of course also made ourselves. The doors are attached with magnets, they can be easily removed, and there is space under the bathtub for storing a bucket, as well as a container with laundry detergent and various cleaning supplies.
