Bright Stars and Candy Canes: How Bloggers Decorated Their Homes for New Year
Getting into the holiday spirit!
Throughout the year, in our regular feature "Remodeling in Practice," bloggers invited us to visit their homes and shared stories about creating stylish interiors without the help of designers. The heroes often showcased inspiring ideas and interesting life hacks. As New Year approached, we decided to take a look at how bloggers decorated their spaces for the most magical holiday. Spoiler: it turned out beautifully and atmospherically!
Wreaths and Themed Textiles
Olya and her husband did an amazing renovation on their own: the heroine drew inspiration from Pinterest. Olya's New Year decor in her apartment also evokes a cozy interior from a picture. A small wreath was hung above the bed, a mini Christmas tree sat on the nightstand, and the bed was adorned with a wonderful decorative pillow featuring reindeer.

We're used to decorating the living room and bedroom, but usually only hang New Year garlands and a basket of mandarins on the kitchen. Our heroine Alexandra, who did a budget renovation in a new building with her husband, showed an original idea.

Stars Everywhere
Ksusha and her husband built a house in Krasnodar. The couple came up with all the ideas themselves, and their striking black kitchen became a true design highlight.
Our heroine approached festive decorations with equal creativity: large colorful stars appeared in every room.

There's never too many garlands, and our heroine Olya proves this with her own example. Together with her spouse, they built a cozy house near St. Petersburg for 5 million rubles, and by New Year, the space became truly magical.

Natalia and her husband decorated a bright apartment with vibrant accents: they designed the interior themselves, and some items were made by hand. The balcony deserves special attention since many dream of such a relaxation area.
