Air conditioner in a niche
In this 2-bedroom apartment, all space is maximally used for storage — cabinets and niches.
To not spoil the set style and ambiance of the interior, designer Alina Lyutaya hid air conditioners in them. Very original!
Kitchen in a cabinet
People who spend most of their time away from home, traveling and on business trips, or simply don't cook much rarely use the kitchen to its full potential.
This was the case with Irina Ezhova's clients, so the designer offered them a mini-kitchen in a double-door cabinet. Just imagine — here there is a blender, multicooker, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, and even a bottle filler!
Niche for a cabinet
In this small 3-room apartment, designers from IVA studio rationally used the space in the entrance hall.
The original layout wasn't very convenient, so they partitioned the entrance hall into a niche where a spacious wardrobe for clothes was placed.

Rotating TV panel
One of the most modern solutions for small apartments was used by designer Irina Khaletsava in a project for her clients.
The living room and kitchen are separated by a TV screen. It is mounted on rotating lifts with ceiling mounting and wiring.

Wardrobe door in a vanity unit
In this small apartment, designers Polina Afonskaya and Elena Trofimova used every centimeter.
For example, in the bathroom, there is a wardrobe door in the vanity unit. It beautifully hides the washing machine and looks very stylish!
