Bright Apartment for Airbnb Rental
Usually, the interior of an apartment for rent is made neutral, but designer Svetlana Khabeeva chose a bolder approach. The color palette turned out to be un boring: pink, yellow and blue shades of varying saturation.
This setup suits tenants tired of monochrome and who aren't afraid of color in interior design. With decor and textiles, they can add new accents and customize the space to their liking.

Small Studio for Rent with Fashionable Finish
Designer Alexandra Yakusheva, on the other hand, focused not on color but on functionality. Since the area is small, storage solutions were prioritized first. Built-in furniture was used for this purpose — it was made according to the designer's sketches.
Neutral colors were chosen for finishing: walls were painted white and high baseboards were imitated to visually raise low ceilings. Light walls were complemented with gray tones and warm wood.

Trash in St. Petersburg with Unusual Color Palette
To increase the number of rooms in the apartment, designers from El Born Studio did a reconfiguration: moved the kitchen to the place of the bathroom and joined it with the living room. The color palette was chosen unusual: 'boring' gray tones were combined with bright colors — coral, yellow, pink. These create a cheerful mood and add sunshine to the interior, which is so lacking in St. Petersburg.
Functionality was also not forgotten: for storing personal items, IKEA furniture was used — a practical and convenient option.
