Apartments with Eiffel Tower View
A spacious and bright apartment, full of elegance and classical order, occupies the entire top floor of a building in the heart of Paris. The use of designer décor elements, textures, and soft tones helped Stefan Olivier create an elegant, emotionally charged interior.

An open terrace along the building's facade spans the entire floor, offering views of the city's landmark and the famous panoramic view of Paris rooftops.
At the stone balustrade, a garden table made of metal and marble sits beside a chair crafted from branches and wood slices from the decorator's own art gallery. Its taste and intuition are trusted by the most distinguished collectors.

Guests first notice the refined accent in the majestic vestibule. Its highlight is a table Eros made of Carrara marble, complemented by a solid piece of the same material in oak flooring.
The designer meticulously planned the scenography, full of harmony and free from artificiality. The foundation of the gentle and soothing color palette is light oak, white walls, monochromatic curtains, soft shades of gray and beige.

Ample space to maintain proportions: approximately 350 square meters with high ceilings — the apartment is located under the very roof.
The openness of the open-plan layout is enhanced by an abundance of natural light flowing gently through large windows.

Elements of finish support the classical atmosphere: ceiling cornices and a decorative fireplace mantel harmonizing with them, underscored by strictly classical columns.
Main furniture was chosen from designer brands. Here are also vintage samples of 20th-century hits that still define the style in décor: touches of elegant 1940s or carefree 1960s. But there are no overt accents to any particular era, so details don't alter the overall spirit and style.

In the dining area of the living room, modern tables and chairs from Maxalto contrast with an antique Chinese cabinet: admire its black patina. The bar counter is made of marble.
In the decor are works by ceramicist Antonio Lampècco from the 1970s, a painting by Jordi Alcaraz, and a lamp by Angelo Brutto.

Before the fireplace is a chair and footstool upholstered in designer fabric Zimmer + Rhode, as well as coffee tables with surfaces made of petrified wood. A mirror in an antique gilded frame sits next to a painting by Feliciano Bejar and vintage magnifying glasses.
This lounge corner in the living room is visually separated from the dining area by a gray silk rug on the floor.
Lighting is also well planned: to achieve softness without harsh transitions, all artificial lighting in the home is organized through soffits with dimmers.

Vintage 19th-century garden benches in Provence style appear throughout the apartment, surprisingly blending organically with Art Deco items and contemporary art works.
In the bedroom, instead of bedside tables, built-in open shelves for storage and suspended shelves were used. On each of them are gold lamps by Pierre Cardin. On the wall is a sculpture by Curtis Gere, Raindrops, created in 1968: a mirror framed with gold droplets.
Pay attention to the romantic window in the bathroom vanity area offering a view through natural greenery of the terrace to the Eiffel Tower. A postcard view!
