Trash on Arbat

The task set before designer Olga Tsurikova was no easy one, as the apartment is located in a 1928-built house with wooden floors, making re-planning impossible. Thus, the team worked with existing space. The project was completed in four months. In the living rooms, they created a bedroom and two children's rooms.

Two-room apartment in a Moscow Stalin apartment

To refresh the interior of a regular Stalin apartment, designers Andrei and Elena Uranov installed tall doors and removed window sills to let more light into the living room. The finishing was focused on English paints and natural wood floors. The final touch was colorful furniture and decor.

Small studio in a Khrushchyovka

Designer Daria Nazarenko wanted to create a home interior reflecting the client's individuality and stay within a small budget. The solution was to merge all rooms into a studio, plus transformable furniture that turns the living room into a bedroom.

Two-room apartment in a Stalin house

The apartment that designers Elena Musychenko and Marina Svyatodukh had to work with was so 'killed' that cosmetic interventions alone couldn't save it. The labor-intensive renovation included full replacement of outdated utilities and all non-load-bearing partitions.

One-room flat in a block house series I-209A

The layout of the apartment in an old block house wasn't convenient: small area and minimal storage space. Designer Anna Rims managed to find an optimal solution to the problem: she removed old partitions and built new ones to create a kitchen niche, a wardrobe, a utility room, and a shower.
