Colorful Apartment for Airbnb Rental

Small Studio for Rent with Stylish Finish
Designer Alexandra Yakusheva, on the other hand, focused not on color but on functionality. Since the area is small, storage solutions were planned first. Built-in furniture was used for this purpose – it was manufactured according to the designer's sketches.
Neutral colors were chosen for finishing: walls were painted white and high baseboards were added to visually raise low ceilings. Light-colored walls were complemented with gray tones and warm wood.

Trash in St. Petersburg with Unusual Color Palette
To increase the number of rooms in the apartment, designers at El Born Studio reconfigured the layout: moved the kitchen to the place of the bathroom and combined it with the living room. The color palette was chosen unusual: “boring” gray shades were combined with bright colors – coral, yellow, pink. These colors create a mood and bring sunshine to the interior, which is so lacking in St. Petersburg.
Functionality was also not forgotten: storage for personal items was provided by IKEA furniture – a practical and convenient option.
