Guide: 3 small but very convenient apartments
Small living space is not a hindrance to functionality. Especially if the apartment is equipped with smart and modern technology
In this guide, we have collected projects of small but comfortable apartments with thought-out layouts. Designers managed to fit everything necessary into a modest area. Special attention was paid to kitchen equipment: compact and multifunctional household appliances were selected.
Light interior for a business woman
In a 32 sq. m apartment, architect Irina Stepanets separated the kitchen zone from the common space and provided storage areas. The client does not like open kitchens and bar counters, so the cooking zone was hidden using a louver partition and a cabinet in harmony with the light walls.
Design: Irina StepanetsEmbedded appliances were installed in the columns: a multifunctional oven, dishwasher and induction cooktop. A key requirement was the presence of a coffee machine. A suitable model was found from the Miele brand. The result was a stylish and functional interior for a business woman.

Studio with a separate bedroom and minimalist kitchen
Designers from Prosvirin Design created a comfortable and bright interior for a family couple. A key requirement for the clients was having a full-sized bedroom. Designers rationally used the space: they planned built-in storage systems, used louver partitions and a shelf partition.
Design: Prosvirin DesignThe bedroom was separated from the living room using a small wall relocation from the room to the corridor. For the kitchen, embedded household appliances were chosen that do not distract attention from interesting decorative solutions.

Apartment with open layout and minimalist technology
Designer Eugenia Matveenko developed a stylish interior for a young woman. To declutter the apartment space, they decided to do away with corridors and highlight a single functional zone.
Design: Eugenia MatveenkoFor the kitchen, attractive minimalist Miele appliances were selected. In addition to a wine fridge with backlight and several temperature zones, a handle-free oven was chosen. A cooktop with built-in extractor hood was provided to prevent odors from appearing. Special emphasis was placed on storage systems: in addition to a wardrobe, the designer provided a storage room for household items and built-in wardrobes.
