Small Details That Make Interior Perfect
These unobtrusive details will make your life easier – check it out for yourself
During renovation or apartment setup, it's easy to forget about these useful items. To avoid regretting it later (and bumping into wires or fumbling in the dark for outlets), cross-check with our list – did you consider everything?
1. Door Stopper
Protects furniture and walls from damage caused by the handle or door panel of a suddenly opened door. There are various types on the market: stainless steel, wooden, designer ones shaped like animal figures or even fabric-based ones.

2. Motion Sensor Switch
An ideal solution if you often forget to turn off lights at home. For example, an energy-efficient Legrand Celiane switch with built-in motion sensor helps save electricity and ensures it’s not wasted unnecessarily.
Light turns on manually, but automatically switches off after 10 minutes if no human movement is detected in the room. Perfect for bathroom, hallways, or basement in a country house.

3. Cable Box
These come in wall-mounted and floor-standing versions. Plastic variants are most commonly used – flexible and lightweight. There are also metal cable conduits, but they're less safe as their surface heats up faster.

4. Outlet with Backlight
Install such outlets so you won’t have to search for them in the dark. For example, a flat BTicino or Legrand outlet fits perfectly into any interior style, prevents dust accumulation, and makes orientation easier in the evening.

5. Drawer Soft-Close Mechanism
Designed to smoothly and quietly close cabinets, drawers, and shelves. This is a standard spring hidden inside a metal capsule filled with oil. The closing speed is adjustable via valves, and even beginners can install it.

6. Designer Door Handles
Handles for interior doors are no longer just functional elements – now they also serve as decor. Choose models that attract attention and enhance the overall look of your interior.

7. Hidden Hatches
An excellent solution to hide all utilities while still providing easy access. Through a "hidden" hatch that merges with the floor or wall, you can easily reach pipes, meters, filters, electrical outlets, and wires.
