Modern three-room apartment in Ramenskoye
Timeline: 4 months

To fix the poorly planned layout of a flat in a Stalin-era building, designer Milla Kolpakova removed walls between the kitchen, living room, and narrow corridor.

As a result, the apartment was transformed into a comfortable and ergonomic space for a family: hosting guests is convenient in the combined kitchen-living room, the cozy bedroom was created for full relaxation, and the home office can easily be converted into a children's room in the future.

Three-room apartment with smart layout
Timeline: 3 months

How to arrange two children's rooms, a bedroom, and a living room in an apartment with only three rooms? This was the challenge faced by the owners of a typical three-room apartment in a panel house series P-3M, who approached designer Anush Arakelyan.

Thanks to an unconventional approach, they found space for a second child's room, placed additional storage systems, and even provided a workspace for the housewife. All without demolition or wall relocation!

Apartment for a girl: interior in Ivanteevka

The main wish of the client was to get a free and open space. For that reason, designers Elena Nikitina and Anna Pustovoytova removed internal walls — the apartment became bright and airy. The ceiling was left almost unfinished, preferring concrete covered with paint. The same approach was taken for the walls, painting the bricks in a light shade.

Originally, the apartments in the residential complex "Ogni Ekaterinburg" were two-room, and they needed to find space for an isolated bedroom and children's room, living room, kitchen, and dining room. Since the requirements for layout changes in apartments are not as strict as in a regular flat, designers at MEDIANA interiors had full freedom to express their creativity.
