Ways to Use a Console Table in Interior Design

In the Entryway

As a Coffee Table

You can easily turn the console table into a coffee table for a small room. Especially convenient if the room is long. The table adds style without extra weight, especially when placed next to a long sofa and on a beautiful rectangular rug!

If it is higher than the sofa, it's more comfortable to eat at.

Behind the Sofa

The console table is perfect for leaning against the sofa thanks to its long, narrow and low form. It not only fills often empty space but also decorates it: you can place books, interior items, baskets, a lamp and even green plants.

Next to the Bed

Now let's move into the bedroom! The console table looks perfect at the foot of the bed, like a sofa back. It not only decorates the sleeping area but also provides space for storing clothes.

It's useful because you can sit on it to put on socks without messing up a freshly made bed. Placing it on one side of the bed can be used as a decorative accent (but watch the size — not too long!). Everything you need can be stored there. And of course, it will participate in the decoration.
