Villas Fasano by Isay Veinfeld

Isay Veinfeld designed an impressive residential complex consisting of 45 houses located in Porto Feliz, Brazil. Called the Villas Fasano project, it includes approximately 207,000 square feet of living space across various buildings, with 5 single-story units and the remaining 40 being two-story.

Villas Fasano consists of 45 houses and is located within the Fazenda Boa Vista housing and hospitality complex in Porto Feliz, 100 km from São Paulo city in Brazil.

Houses situated adjacent to each other along two main parallel axes open onto a large communal area and shared garden.

The gentle, continuous topography of the 18,000 sq m site, houses with irregular orientation that sometimes come closer and sometimes further apart, and the absence of fences, walls or other boundaries between plots create a great sense of organic unity and lightness throughout the area surrounded by large green spaces and the Fasano Hotel, which also provides full service to Villas Fasano residents — from cleaning to cooking.

The 45 houses — 5 single-story and 40 two-story — feature either 2 or 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, terraces, pool and service areas. The architecture is simple and combines natural and rustic materials such as brick (left exposed), stucco, and wood.

What makes Villas Fasano special is that these rural homes offer all the comfort and privacy of a private residence, as well as access to five-star hotel services provided by Fasano Hotel and extensive amenities offered by Fazenda Boa Vista, including a spa center, equestrian center, pools, sports centers — tennis courts, polo and football fields — two 18-hole golf courses, a pet zoo, and a medical center.
