The main designer Karen Karapetyan and Alexander Tischler's team reimagined the original developer’s layout, relocating the bedroom and placing the children's room adjacent to the kitchen-living room. To improve space, the wall between them was shortened, increasing light flow and visual connection throughout the apartment.

Despite limited space, the kitchen-living room was optimized for comfort and functionality:
- Pet-friendly cabinets: Lower cabinets extend to the window forming a TV table and an integrated cat cage with round cutouts for easy access.
- Minimalist upper cabinets reduce visual clutter, creating a light and airy feel.
- Dinner table for four and a comfortable sofa complete the setup.
- The wall behind the sofa is decorated with oak-textured panels and accent lighting, adding warmth and visual appeal.
