Richard Guilhem from Studio Guilhem completed the Villa C project in Cannes, France. It is immediately evident that this private house is located in an impeccable setting. With more than 5,000 square feet of minimalist modern interior, this house also offers excellent outdoor space.

Richard Guilhem and his project manager Denis Boudin developed this exquisite private house located in Cannes-La-Californie. Villa C, as it is named, demonstrates notable differences in this residential area and elegantly integrates the green environment. The architects chose extreme simplicity and minimalism. This geometrically structured building with precise lines harmoniously combines natural materials such as concrete, stone, glass and wood in exact proportions. Inside the house has undeniable qualities of space and movement around the terrace, which is truly the axis of the building.

The terrace, a cubic and transparent structure, imparts an unusual and poetic note to each level of the villa. In fact, every architectural detail was carefully analyzed. Natural light is valued in every room thanks to a sequence of skylights, horizontal and vertical openings. 480 sq m of living space in this set of rooms makes it an ideal and modern cozy home.
