Neva Towers Apartment Restoration by INRE Studio in Moscow, Russia
Project: Neva Towers Apartment Restoration
Neva Towers Apartment Restoration by INRE Studio
This small apartment with a view of Moscow City was purchased already finished by the developer. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, parquet flooring and painted ceilings and walls.
The designer's goal was to make the apartment ready for rent. INRE Studio had to reconfigure the interior, create an attractive living space in the heart of the business center and convey the unique atmosphere of the place – Moscow International Business Center – into the apartment. Thus, a person living here will be able to relax and return to their rhythm after a busy day full of important matters or take off high heels after a stylish evening event.
The idea was to create an apartment where you feel as if you are above the bustling metropolis.

At the client's request, the restoration was carried out with minimal costs: everything that could be left was left. At the same time, color schemes of the interior were changed from monotonous to contrastive, electricity was rethought and new decor was created.
The main part of the new furniture and structures was made according to INRE sketches: beige MDF panels and useful storage system appeared in the corridor, while a compact functional wardrobe was made in the bedroom. Lighting installed above the bed was developed by INRE.
The wall behind the bed is painted in a darker color to give this part of the room a monolithic look. To create a cozy atmosphere in the kitchen, designers replaced spotlights above the bar with design pendant lamps. The TV is installed in a decorative panel that hides all cables. All necessary household appliances are subtly integrated into the cabinets to create a sense of space in a small apartment.

The sofa in the living room was made to order by Italian brand "Ditre". The large white coffee table is also a product of Italian craftsmanship from "Poltrona Frau". In the bedroom, there is a private corner equipped with "Baxter": a comfortable Lazybones Lounge chair, an elegant Ninfea table and a floor lamp Blade with antique bronze.
Elena Gataullina, partner at INRE design: "Restoring an interior is always more difficult than creating one from scratch. We managed to give character and comfort to a standard apartment from the developer, using valuable atmospheric details and materials. We choose materials that are not only beautiful but also pleasant to touch. These are not seasonal items, but things that make an interior unique and timeless".

Italian velvet used for the bed headboard and carpets with silk finish change their tone depending on lighting. Side tables are coated with matte lacquer, and the top part is made of bronze with a bronze finish, which is a more practical alternative to gloss and adds sophistication to the interior. Modern graphics in frames created by INRE gave the apartment a recognizable character. Thanks to such precise interventions, it was not only possible to create a comfortable atmosphere but also increase the investment attractiveness of the apartment. The realtor noticed this immediately.
