Luxury House in American Backwoods

Surrounded by hilly rural landscapes, this house in Cherry Hills Village, USA, designed by BOSS.architecture studio, looks deceivingly modest from the street side, although its area is over 1,000 square meters.

The living room, kitchen, and dining room are organized around a central inner courtyard, all connected to it through glass sliding doors. The view of the pool located at a lower level opens from the patio. The peaceful master bedroom is tucked away in a secluded wing of the house, extending toward the landscape.

The staircase made of glass and walnut wood leads from the main floor to the lower level, where the media room is located. From there, a passage leads to another patio, where a live fire illuminates the stone wall above the dining area. An additional room opens into this inner courtyard and can serve either as a poolhouse or guest house depending on need.
