Luxury Residence by M3 Architects on the Black Sea Coast

The residence designed by M3 Architects is located on the coast of the Black Sea in Odessa, Ukraine. The Arkadia resort area is the main recreational zone and considered the country's club center. The core concept of the project lies in synthesizing two distinct yet homogeneous blocks containing the same set of functions. The facade side of the building gives it the appearance of a multi-story residential building.

As a base, the first level is easily visible through conceptual barriers that breathe with wind and warm light. To achieve the most convenient and open layout, the street entrance is aligned at the same level as the pool, terrace, and living room, but they are located in different parts of the building, ensuring necessary privacy for the owners.

An open staircase leads to the second and third floors, where bedrooms are designed, grouped into blocks with bathrooms and wardrobes. Each bedroom has access to the terrace.

The key element of the residence design was the decision to create the most open yet private space from two separate, symmetrical blocks under conditions of dense urban development.
