Viking Cottage in Normandy
Architectural bureau FREAKS Architecture designed a tiny house with only 12 square meters of area on the Cotentin Peninsula, France. The project is located on a rocky ledge in Normandy, where waves of Vikings arrived one after another starting from the 9th century, so it's no surprise that it received the name Viking.
The interior design is minimalist and simple, consisting of a core area clad in white tiles, where the bathroom and toilet are located, and a mezzanine above it with a double bed. The living area includes a sofa and a table designed for 8 people who can sit on foldable chairs.
