Architect Mark Abel together with interior designer Myca Loar developed this house nestled on a cliff in Laguna Beach, California. The project was designed using 3D modeling software. Specifically, the 3D model helped design a 3D steel frame with cantilevered beams for all three levels. The house features a 180-degree view of the ocean surface and Catalina Island, with an area of 324 square meters, 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a media room, and a glass elevator. A smart home with heating, lighting, security cameras, music, irrigation, and blind controls is managed via iPad or smartphone. The house is currently for sale through The Partners Trust.
