The owner of this cottage, renowned country singer Ronnie Dane, always dreamed of the perfect countryside home where one could relax, go fishing, and ride horses. This vision gave birth to this project. The house is located in Tennessee, USA, and its exterior and interior resemble a rural barn — wooden cladding, white latticed windows with shutters, and a dormer window with a lift. Inside, designers had plenty of space to work with: high ceilings and double-height windows in the living room and kitchen — a rare feature for homes. Thanks to this spaciousness, a suspended light fixture was installed in the kitchen, and the stone fireplace surround was extended all the way to the roof. Many interior details create an atmosphere of antiquity. The house on the wild west was adorned with woven ropes, brass, antlers, and stone even in the previous century. Designers skillfully incorporated vintage items into modern comforts. For example, a new chrome faucet was placed above the solid stone sink. The home also features charming touches: frames with old and aged photographs, a bed that seems to hang from ropes, and a collection of vintage bottles. In the end, a modern and stylish barn with a touch of noble antiquity was created.
