Holiday Loft in Chicago

We often publish New Year's interiors before the holidays, but a loft decorated for Christmas is probably the first time for us. Indeed, there's very little festive decoration here — just a beautiful modest Christmas tree and some lights in the living room — but agree, how cozy this house has become! What are your preparations?
