Apartment in Sofia by dontDIY Design Studio
The dontDIY Design Studio completed the interior design of apartment V01, located on the first floor of a historic building in the center of Sofia, Bulgaria. The project's goal was to fill the space with natural light and create comfortable living conditions. The hallway was expanded by utilizing a small storage room, and the kitchen was relocated to where the previous one stood. The sleeping and living zones in the apartment are clearly separated. A multifunctional white storage system conceals the washing machine and the owner's extensive shoe collection. To the left of the living room entrance, a plywood kitchen was designed, which is also hidden behind a sliding white facade. A small fireplace adds warmth and coziness to the room. One of the living room walls serves as a projection screen. The wardrobe room is combined with the dog's sleeping area and a yoga practice space.
