Apartment 50 sq. m in Kiev12 photos

Studio Olga Akulova DESIGN decorated the interior of a small apartment with an area of 50 sq. m in Kiev. Located in a post-war building, it faces two sides of the house — into the courtyard and onto the boulevard. The apartment belongs to a mature couple who often travel to Europe and appreciate "intelligent comfort".

Architects carried out a full renovation of the property, removed all non-load-bearing partitions and dismantled window sills facing the courtyard. The apartment had wooden floors, so the decision was made to cover them with parquet flooring.

The interior design works lasted about a year, during which clients combined purchasing furniture and accessories with their travels. The living room area features the Vibieffe sofa set, dining table and bookcase from Kiev-based Paspolini, as well as kitchen furniture from ABC Cucine.
