Penthouse in Kyiv by Olga Akulova DESIGN Architecture Bureau

The NPL.Penthouse project by the Olga Akulova DESIGN architecture bureau was realized in Kyiv, Ukraine. The residence is located on the 30th floor of a business-class residential complex "Novopecherskie Lipki". The penthouse belongs to a young man who does not live in Kyiv permanently and considered purchasing real estate as an investment and temporary residence. It was meant to become a place for living and relaxation among friends, preserving the original concrete ceilings and panoramic windows. The brief also emphasized the importance of open space, having a "smart home" system, and using natural materials.
