How They Designed a Stunning Entry Hall in a 41 m² Apartment
Get inspired and take note of interesting ideas!
Designer Maria Sinelnikova created a bold and vibrant interior for a small apartment with a total area of 41 sq. m in a Moscow new construction. She implemented bold and unconventional solutions, making every detail serve both functionality and style. Let's see what the entry hall looks like.

The entry hall has a G-shaped layout, which allows for maximum use of the available space. The entrance area is decorated in a rich wine-toned color, creating a cozy atmosphere and adding depth. This color is used throughout: walls, ceiling, entrance door, and built-in wardrobe facades are all painted in the same tone, emphasizing stylistic unity.
For the floor in the entrance area, ceramic granite with an interesting pattern was used. It adds dynamism to the interior and ensures easy maintenance. Further, outside the entrance zone, engineered wood flooring is used as the main floor covering.
All storage systems were made according to custom designs, which allowed the furniture to be fully adapted to the client's needs. To the right of the entrance is a wardrobe for clothes, a convenient console for accessories, and a pouf. The wall opposite is entirely mirror-finished, visually expanding the space and adding light.
The rest of the entry hall is decorated in a calm white tone, creating contrast with the wine color. The wall that is clearly visible from the living room is adorned with molding and complemented by a mirror in a solid classic frame. Beneath it is a transparent console, which adds lightness and elegance to the interior.
The entry hall became stylish and functional thanks to bold design choices. Vibrant accents and thoughtful design created an atmosphere of a cozy and modern space that greets guests with warmth and elegance.
