How a Stylish Kitchen Was Designed in a Panel House: Before and After Photos
We show the perfect combination of functionality and comfort
Decorating a cozy kitchen in a panel house is not an easy task. Designer Natalia Skryabina proved that even a compact space can be made stylish and functional if attention is paid to the details.
Photo before renovation The apartment owners wanted to move away from the standard perception of a kitchen and create a space associated with relaxation, not household chores.
Design by Natalia SkryabinaThe main feature is the decision to make kitchen cabinets the same color as the walls. This allowed avoiding visual overload and gave the interior a sense of unity. To make the kitchen look less utilitarian, a two-burner cooktop was installed instead of the usual stove, and an exhaust hood was not used.
