Practical tips for choosing materials;

"I searched for a plot for two years, I drove all the Moscow region. I didn't want to go too far from Moscow, and I didn't want to leave the Moscow region either. And I also didn't want to be near the MKAD – I wanted a place where I could breathe," - Irina tells.
What was the deciding factor:
Natural environment: oaks, birches, maples, firs;
Natural privacy: the plot is at the edge of the settlement;
Topography: "Here there is a ravine, it goes downhill, and then the river flows";
Infrastructure nearby.
