How to Make a Budget Kitchen Look Expensive? Easily!
Want to save money and still get a kitchen that looks luxurious? It's really possible — the authors of the @prosto.remont blog tell you how
The most expensive part of a renovation is, of course, the kitchen. Do you not have the budget or desire to pay a high price for it?
You can make it so that investing moderate sums makes the result look much more expensive. There are several things our subconscious notices as 'this is expensive,' but in reality, it's not that expensive at all. Oльga Bединa and Ksения Izmailova in their blog explain how to achieve this effect.
One countertop
The simplest modular kitchen will look much better and more expensive with it. Especially if you choose an interesting color or texture, not the standard finish. Choosing a variant won't take much effort — the selection is huge. No one will even notice that the kitchen base isn't uniform.

Handles
Usually, these come with cheap kitchens and don't have high quality. Get rid of them and take them to the dacha! Replace them with something, even if it's only somewhat expensive — not for 100, but for 500 rubles. This is a smart investment: spending an additional 2–4 thousand rubles visually 'lifts' your kitchen. But if the handle holes are already drilled, measure the distance between them to avoid size mistakes.

Backsplash over the worktop
If you're making it from tiles, lay them after the countertop is installed. This gives a completely different level of neatness and allows you to do without ugly plastic skirting boards along the wall.

Successful color matching
Try to harmoniously match the cabinet doors by color, rather than assembling modules on the principle of 'people get used to everything.' Everything here will depend on your taste and preferences.

Overall dimensions
If you can't perfectly fit the modules from wall to wall — or don't do it at all, leaving a good gap where you can place a flower or vase — or find a good assembler who can make the desired layout from existing elements, such as plugs and shelves.
