How to Make Design Project Work Convenient and Avoid Extra Costs
As it often happens: the project work is in full swing, you need to solve issues with workers, and one of the suppliers delays material delivery to the site. And there's also the furniture ordered from a catalog abroad that has run out. You have to meet with clients again, negotiate once more with workers, find a substitute in the catalog, align everyone by time and location... Sounds familiar?
However, we have good news. Together with architect Ekaterina Gurkova-Shvarts, we visited the new Premio trade gallery and confirmed that most of the previous problems are now in the past. Let's dig deeper.
Ekaterina Gurkova-Shvarts, Interior Architect
Usually, the selection of materials, textures, colors, and accessories for interiors becomes a long process. Finding and choosing is not enough. Clients need to see and touch the finishing of their future home with their own eyes.
Where once was one of the first construction material markets in the city, now stands a multi-story shopping complex — 'Kashirsky Dvor'. The location is at the intersection of Kashirskoye Shosse and Kolomenskiy Proezd: easy to reach, convenient parking.
Shopping Complex 'Kashirsky Dvor'On the first floor in the atrium is a small café with delicious coffee and fresh baked goods. While clients are on their way, you can afford one more breakfast.
On the second floor is a convenient free co-working space Premio.Design with everything you need for business meetings: there are meeting rooms and even a conference hall, you can use an A3 printer and even an A0 plotter. Shelves are filled with catalogs and samples of all materials available in stores, plus tea and coffee, comfortable armchairs, and stylish design.
Premio.Design Co-working SpaceAnd the main reason to visit here is the magical Premio trade gallery on the first floor of the first building of the Kashirsky Dvor shopping complex. Four thousand square meters where dozens of interior showrooms from leading European manufacturers are arranged in spacious layout.
Paint, tiles, sanitaryware, fireplaces, sofas — everything is gathered in one space, everything can be seen, touched, loved, chosen and bought.
Premio Trade GallerySpecific tasks are solved easily. For example, you need a fireplace and cladding made from wide-format natural and ceramic tiles. We choose a texture that resembles rusted metal, and right next to it we find the dream sofa — Ardoni. Spacious yet unobtrusive, which you might want to replace only with something similar.

There are hand-assembled beds made from exclusive materials from Stearns & Foster — a company known for supplying its products to the world's most luxurious hotels. For such a bed, you'd want a SSWW hydro-massage bathtub. Or perhaps not hydro-massage — for example, Jacob Delafon. And for that one, tiles in the form of slabs made from onyx Tubadzin, as wide as a wall.

Material often suggests solutions or sparks imagination: for example, wallpapers with branches and birds on a golden background. If you add such a wallpaper to a luxurious living room as a wall segment, it creates an association with shibori and the 18th century.
If your task is clear and you want vibrant colors, look no further than the bright color showrooms of Sherwin-Williams or Caparol. Nearby is an ITC carpet boutique with a rich palette of colors and varying pile density, and just a bit further — the favorite Arbonia radiators showroom with unlimited color options.
