Take a look at the sacrifices sometimes made for convenience. And how to turn such a decision to your advantage
We have already talked about the interior of this apartment based on the designer Marina Svetlova's project. Now we focus on the reconfiguration: in a studio, the designer managed to place a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a proper sleeping space. Also, spacious storage systems were created.

Since the apartment has only one room, the designer removed partitions to free up space: now you can walk straight from the living room into the kitchen. The sofa nicely separated the spaces by facing its back to the kitchen, making relaxation more comfortable. Also, without an extra wall, the room became much brighter.

Designed a bedroom instead of a storage space

In an apartment for rent, it's important to provide proper sleeping space, so the storage area had to be sacrificed. The storage problem was solved with built-in wardrobes. By the way, there's one in the hallway as well.

Combined the bathroom

Now there is enough space for a proper bathtub, washing machine, and a spacious wardrobe to store household chemicals and bath items.
