A gentle and cozy interior for a mom
The client bought this apartment in a panel house built in 2003 for her mother and invited designers Nina Abasieva and Sergey Shepovalin to transform the 'killed' one-bedroom flat into a stylish and cozy home for one person. On such a modest area, it was necessary to accommodate not only a sleeping area but also a wardrobe and a desk.

Maria Pivovarova arranged the apartment for her long-time client’s mother. It was necessary to create a modern and comfortable interior for living and relaxing. The main wish of the owner was no white doors, as she has worked in a hospital all her life and had enough of them there. Also, it was necessary to provide storage spaces in each room and leave a few vases and a couple of statues dear to her heart. It turned out stylish and atmospheric.

The client asked to paint the walls in a light neutral color. But he allowed one wall to be painted bright blue — it set the tone for the whole interior. To add even more color to the room, they complemented the décor with bright yellow details.

In this apartment, more attention was paid to colors. The designer did not hesitate to use bright yellow and blue tones in all rooms. Sand-colored walls and textiles remind of sand dunes outside the window.

Anna Kozlova and Venera Teregulova from Via interior bureau decorated a two-bedroom apartment for rental. A bold Memphis-style interior with a spacious kitchen-living room, two wardrobes, an isolated bedroom, and a bathroom with a color block effect was created. The clients gave the designers complete creative freedom. Since the apartment is intended for rent, the authors of the project literally invented a future tenant — a trendy blogger who loves unconventional solutions and bright colors. Memphis style was chosen as the style — unusual and very eye-catching.
