Studio Redesign in Loft Style: How It Was Done
Designers came up with a way to divide the space into functional zones while maintaining a sense of spaciousness
Recently, we told about the interior of an apartment designed according to the studio project VizDiz, and today we'll take a closer look at the layout. For a young client who loves hosting parties, the designer provided both a combined kitchen-living room space and an isolated bedroom. To ensure the client feels as comfortable as possible, a separate guest bathroom was even planned for her guests.

Unifying the Space
The wall between the kitchen-living room and bedroom was demolished and replaced with a glass partition. Visually, it separates the space but does not divide it into small separate rooms. When the sliding doors are open, a sense of unity is preserved.
If desired, guests can even stay overnight in the living room — the glass partition can be closed with a heavy curtain.

Designed a Guest Bathroom
The original layout only included one bathroom accessible from the hallway. However, since there was enough space (more than six square meters), it was divided into two. Now, the main bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom, and the guest bathroom — from the entrance hall.
Designed a Walk-in Closet
It was placed right upon entering the apartment — convenient for storing upper and seasonal clothing. Additionally, there was space in the entrance hall for another wardrobe and a built-in shoe cabinet.
