How to Make Design Project Work Convenient and Avoid Extra Costs
As it often happens: the project is in full swing, you need to solve questions with workers, and one of the suppliers delays material delivery to the site. And there's also furniture ordered from a catalog abroad that has run out. You have to meet with clients again, negotiate once more with workers, find a substitute in the catalog, align everyone by time and place... Sounds familiar?
However, we have good news. Together with architect Ekaterina Gurkova-Shvarts, we visited the new Premio trading gallery and confirmed that most of the previous problems are now in the past. We tell you more details.
Ekaterina Gurkova-Shvarts is an expert architect. Usually, selecting materials, textures, colors, and accessories for interiors becomes a long process. Finding and choosing is not enough. Clients need to see and touch the finishes of their future home with their own eyes.
Where once was one of the first building material markets in the city, there is now a multi-story trading complex «Kashirsky Dvor». The location is at the intersection of Kashirskoye Highway and Kolomensky Passage: easy to reach, convenient parking.
Trading Complex «Kashirsky Dvor»On the first floor in the atrium, there is a small cafe with delicious coffee and fresh pastries. While clients are on the way, you can afford an extra breakfast.
On the second floor, there is a convenient free co-working space Premio.Design with everything you need for a business meeting: there are conference rooms and even a large conference hall, you can use an A3 printer and even an A0 plotter. Shelves are filled with catalogs and samples of all materials available in the shops, plus tea and coffee, comfortable armchairs, and stylish design.
Premio.Design Co-Working SpaceAnd most importantly, the reason to come here is the magical Premio trading gallery on the first floor of the first building of the Trading Complex «Kashirsky Dvor». Four thousand square meters where dozens of interior showrooms from leading European manufacturers are laid out spaciously.
Paint, tiles, plumbing fixtures, fireplaces, sofas — everything is gathered in one space, everything can be seen, touched, loved, chosen, and bought.
Premio Trading GallerySpecific tasks are solved easily. For example, you need a fireplace and matching cladding made of large-format stone or ceramic tiles. We choose a texture reminiscent of rusted metal, and right next to it, we find the dream sofa — Ardoni. Spacious yet unobtrusive, which can only be replaced by another similar one.

There are hand-assembled beds made from exclusive materials Stearns & Foster — a well-known company that supplies its products to the most luxurious hotels in the world. For such a bed, you would want a SSWW hydro-massage bathtub. Or perhaps just a Jacob Delafon bathtub, with tiles in the form of slabs made from onyx Tubadzin size of half a wall.

Material often suggests solutions or sparks imagination: here are wallpapers with branches and birds on a gold background. If you add them to an elegant living room as a wall panel, it evokes associations with shibori and the 18th century.
If your task is clear and you need bright colors — solutions are nearby in showrooms of vibrant Sherwin-Williams or Caparol. And next to them is an ITC carpet boutique with a rich color palette and varying pile density, followed by the favorite Arbonia radiators showroom with unlimited color options.
