How to Make Design Project Work Convenient and Avoid Extra Costs

As it often happens: the project is in full swing, you need to solve questions with workers, and one of the suppliers delays material delivery to the site. And there's also furniture ordered from a catalog abroad that has run out. You have to meet with clients again, negotiate once more with workers, find a substitute in the catalog, align everyone by time and place... Sounds familiar?

Ekaterina Gurkova-Shvarts is an expert architect. Usually, selecting materials, textures, colors, and accessories for interiors becomes a long process. Finding and choosing is not enough. Clients need to see and touch the finishes of their future home with their own eyes.

Paint, tiles, plumbing fixtures, fireplaces, sofas — everything is gathered in one space, everything can be seen, touched, loved, chosen, and bought.

Specific tasks are solved easily. For example, you need a fireplace and matching cladding made of large-format stone or ceramic tiles. We choose a texture reminiscent of rusted metal, and right next to it, we find the dream sofa — Ardoni. Spacious yet unobtrusive, which can only be replaced by another similar one.
