How to Find Space for a Bedroom in a Panel One-Room Apartment
It's easy to turn a room into two, even if the space has only one window. Take this idea as a note
In this apartment, a young couple lives without children. They asked designer Andrey Rybakov to find space for a bedroom and provide enough storage in the one-room flat. The challenge was made harder by the fact that the large room had only one window. See how the designer solved this problem.

Dealt with Door Openings
The clients needed an isolated bedroom, so the long seven-meter room was divided into two. One of the door openings was closed, and the other was supplemented with sliding doors' pockets. The last one leads to the kitchen.
Separated the Bedroom with a Batten Partition
Since there was only one window in the room, it wasn't possible to fully isolate the bedroom. Therefore, a batten partition was used for zoning. This allowed preserving the spatial volume: the partition lets in enough natural light.
Made a Closet in the Foyer
It was hidden behind a mirror panel — this trick visually expanded the narrow foyer.
