You are not a designer, but you still don't trust anyone. Hiring a designer without trust is a bad idea. Try to do it yourself.

You have good taste, and you also have an innate sense of proportion, knowledge of norms and ergonomics.

You have a low budget for implementation. Unfortunately, there are sums with which little can be done.

You have plenty of free time and are ready to spend it on construction and shopping.

You've already figured everything out yourself. There are two options: either you've already sketched the project and just fear making a mistake, or you don't know how to draw or draft and expect this from a designer.

In the first case, it's better to hire individual consultations; in the second — hire a visualizer and draftsman. Or you want to fully copy someone else's project.

A good designer will refuse such an offer. On the contrary, they will try to make an interesting, unique interior that meets your needs.
