Interior of Wooden House Inside with Photos
With each passing year, the popularity of wooden houses continues to grow, and it's not by chance. The modern person has grown tired of the "industrial romance" of design from the end of the last century. In place of brick walls and cold metal in the hi-tech style interior, natural wood texture has come into fashion. People have turned to nature once again for inspiration.

The harmonious combination of internal and external finishing of a wooden house is an important detail that should not be overlooked. The architecture of the facade tells as much about the owner's character as the interior of the rooms. The unified style of the structure creates an unforgettable atmosphere filled with the magical energy of the forest.

Wall FinishingNatural wood is an excellent option for interior finishing of rooms, possessing thermoregulatory and sorption properties. With proper treatment of wooden walls, the air in the house becomes light and moderately humid. The natural ecologically clean material creates a unique microclimate that positively affects human health.

The aesthetic perception of the interior depends on the quality and type of finishing. The modern construction market offers a wide range of materials:drywall - used to change the geometry of rooms by creating niches and partitions;
natural stone - used for decorating fireplaces, columns, arches and door frames;
boarding - used in any room for painting;
wood - the structure of wood is toned while preserving its natural beauty.

Light shades, particularly white walls with soft pink, beige, and butter tones, create an atmosphere of airy lightness and luxurious simplicity. Thanks to wood toning, the texture acquires an unusually attractive appearance.

Interior StylesModern interior of a wooden house is not limited to the "hut" style. The very word "style" does not mean strict adherence to specific rules. It provides a great deal of creative freedom. Talented designers skillfully combine natural materials, textiles and modern technology to bring bold ideas to life.

ProvenceRural charm of French provincial towns has captivated many hearts. Sweet romanticism with a hint of Parisian sophistication and lavender scent. Simple interior finishing with only natural materials - wood, terrazzo tiles, natural stone. Rarely - simple paper wallpapers with floral patterns. Decor is created by hand - lace, homemade paths. The color palette is restrained and soft, like sun-faded - turquoise, ochre, blue, white. White and its shades are basic and dominate in this style.

Finnish StyleA country with endless forests has left an indelible imprint on house interiors. There is a lot of air, light, and space in the rooms. Snow-white ceiling with molding, fireplace in the living room, large windows with light, semi-transparent curtains. Space is zoned by simple wooden furniture. A must-have element is cozy blankets and knitted cushions. The color palette is modest. Milk-white, blue, terracotta shades, and a bit of ochre. Finnish style for those who value comfort and practicality.

Chalet StyleIn French, chalet means "herder's or hunter's cabin". A duo of casualness and deliberate roughness. Logs on the walls and massive beams on the ceiling are barely processed, with natural texture emphasized by water-based paint. The floor is made of solid wood, and the kitchen and bathroom are tiled with natural stone. A fireplace or hearth is mandatory. Decorative elements include animal skins on the floor and leather furniture, and hunting rifles, bear or deer taxidermy, and landscape paintings in simple frames on the walls.

Russian StyleCenturies of Russian traditions have enriched the interior with numerous characteristic details and features. The central place is occupied by the stove, in a modern version a la russe - a stylized fireplace with tiles. Furniture is heavy and solid. High headboard on the bed, sideboard with sliding drawers, long dining table with a samovar. Icons, light curtains on the windows, and natural textiles with national embroidery are traditional for this style.

Living RoomTraditionally, the main decoration of a living room is a fireplace decorated with natural stone. For floor finishing, solid wood is used. The ceiling features massive beams and boarding. Adding warmth to the room are a sofa and comfortable armchairs.

BedroomBedroom decoration sets the tone for restful sleep. The room is located away from the kitchen and service areas. When choosing furniture color and textiles, preference should be given to subdued tones.
Children's RoomA child's bedroom is a small kingdom. Interests and needs of the child must be taken into account. This is where bright colors and unexpected shapes find their place.

KitchenDue to the increased humidity in the kitchen work zone, walls were covered with a decorative brick apron. The countertop was treated with a water-repelling composition. The sink is located near the window.

BathroomA classic combination of wood, glass, and stone became an excellent solution for the bathroom. The details were added with wallpaper featuring a plant pattern and silver-framed paintings.

Tip! When decorating the ceiling and floor, it is necessary to use moisture-resistant wood species (coniferous).Mansion
Usually, the attic part is used as a recreation room or billiards hall. Natural lighting with spotlights will fill the space with light.

Optimal Interior of a Small Wooden CottageA small house area does not prevent the creation of a cozy and functional living space. Combining adjacent rooms and proper zoning will help fill the space with light and air.
