When talking about storage under the ceiling, one might picture a threateningly looming wardrobe above the head. However, ceilings can be used in various ways. If their height doesn't exceed two and a half meters, it makes sense to place shelves along the perimeter. If the height allows, you can raise the bed to the upper level and equip the space underneath with a storage system.

There is another simple tip for owners of both large and small bedrooms. If you're installing a wardrobe or walk-in closet – always use the entire wall area from floor to ceiling. This visually raises low ceilings, allows more storage space, and looks elegant and stylish in rooms with high ceilings. Choose the color to match the wall. You can also complement such a wardrobe with a ceiling cornice to create an illusion of built-in furniture.
