This apartment, decorated in the Scandinavian style, is a great example of how to properly zone space. Despite the living room, dining area, and kitchen being located in one room, it's easy to mentally distinguish between zones. The dining and living areas were separated with light textile rugs, while the kitchen was compactly arranged in a corner and isolated by an island. This allowed maximizing space for the living room and creating another relaxation area: high stools near the island are perfect for spending an evening in a small group with a glass of wine. For larger gatherings, the spacious and cozy sofa, decorated with soft textiles and cushions, is ideal. Warm brown tones and ethnic patterns made the white living room interior more cozy and welcoming, while the golden interior of the chandelier enhanced this impression.
