This home at the heart of M3M Golf Estate is designed to be as luxurious as its surroundings. The entire house presents a single-level three-bedroom design radiating luxury. Design21 is known for taking an individual approach to each client, and this house is no exception. For this project, the Design21 team met with the client to understand their needs and lifestyle, forming a basic concept. Then, combining the client's requirements with their extensive design vision, the team created an unusual yet comfortable and functional design for the client.

The team also paid great attention to the needs of today's modern, post-pandemic world by designing this home. Ensuring safety, sanitation and cleanliness became a key point. The team carefully considered these aspects, understanding the owners' needs. They are very interested in hosting big parties, so a small washroom is planned near the entrance. Right after entering, the first door on the right is a small washroom.

Upon entering, designers provided a sense of magic and admiration for the luxury space. The entrance area is animated by this feeling, which is intensified by wooden elements and rich fabric upholstery. At the far end lies the central point – a beautifully decorated idol of Sai Baba strategically placed to bless all who enter. The alcove is also adorned with blue-green accents, making this magnificent aura look like peacock feathers. Behind the impressive alcove opens a spacious cozy area radiating grandeur.

The expansive space serves as both the formal living room and dining area, closely connected to an informal relaxation zone. Walls and ceilings are meticulously decorated with unique and harmonious accessories. A beautiful painting on the wall opposite to the television adds an aesthetically pleasing color palette against textured wallpapers. Various light sources create different impacts.

The most innovative and influential part of the project is the use of soft transitional zones. The existing wall in the living room was dismantled and replaced with a floating TV wall. The floating TV wall effectively divides space into formal and informal zones while maintaining an open feeling. Artfully crafted bar zone becomes a cozy and relaxing area promoting more informal interaction. Dynamic fireplace adds charm to the home, creating a warm and intimate interior zone.

The entire design combines trendy and diverse design elements, using matte and glossy surfaces. Even without active presence, one can notice the artistic play of color, texture, material and lighting in the space. Appropriate and moderate use of metallic accents in the interior adds a level of shine, which is essential for luxurious interiors. Use of various textures and furniture in blue-green themes provides a relaxed experience throughout the day. However, when lighting is used to illuminate space, it transforms into a fashionable entertainment zone capable of accommodating more than 20 people simultaneously. The overall lighting scheme in the space is well thought out according to how the home will be used by its owner. Accent lighting, task lighting, pendant lights, ceiling lights and chandeliers in combination enhance the luxury of the home. All different fixtures create varying impacts on space. Automation allows setting presets, making it easy and fast to switch moods via modulated lighting and color for various occasions.

The balcony area extending from the living room is transformed into a beautiful outdoor zone for evening gatherings and relaxation with a view of the M3M golf course. This space is designed to withstand any weather condition, and the color scheme remains bright and lively. The seating also serves as storage, making it multifunctional furniture. Entire interior is focused on interconnected spaces. Transitional zones play a key role in this three-bedroom home.

Transitioning to private spaces, one of the bedrooms can be accessed directly from the entrance area, opposite the washroom. A special wall is equipped with an impressive floating shelf that makes the gray wall particularly striking. This bedroom represents a mix of dark gray and cedar with white glossy finish, creating a modern and stylish look for the home.

The other two bedrooms are accessible through the living room, leading to a small alcove. Bedrooms are done in beige, light white and rich brown themes with gold accents. All three bedrooms contain at least one carefully planned and thoughtfully decorated special wall. In the master bedroom, a glossy special wall with a bronze mirror mesh above creates a beautiful background for the blue-square bed. Besides the bed and special wall, the master bedroom has a relaxing blue armchair with armrests and side table. Organic forms of lamps on both sides of the bed add a refreshing contrast to the very symmetrical space. Wardrobe design allows bringing home aesthetics into the room itself. It is also adorned with a footstool to assist owners.

The third bedroom is designed for the technically advanced son of the owners. Warm tones throughout the house become slightly darker in this room. The special wall presents a design using the beauty of black and white materials in a modern, elegant and refined direction. The headboard in this room is gray, perfectly balancing the artistically finished special wall from real cedar. The use of colors in this room is subtle, except for the laminated floor present throughout the room. The wall with television has backlight matching the color of the wall, showcasing game system keys making it very personalized for user space.

Bathrooms continue the warm theme radiating luxury. Countertops and cladding highlight cream tiles on floor and walls. The sink with metallic golden coating becomes another focal point with carved stone patterns on the cladding.

In summary, this residential project by Design21 reflects the quality of lifestyle in M3M Golf Estate. The entire house was created specifically to create interiors that work not only in intimate settings but also in luxurious and palace-like entertainment zones. The overall aesthetic style is eclectic, styled and modern, implemented throughout the house thanks to finishes, furniture, lighting and appropriate accessories. Natural beige combines with deep blue-green tones overlapping muted metallic accents and glossy finishes. Imported Italian marble also adds a level of luxury to the modern home. The Design21 team truly exceeded themselves in integrating owners' needs. The soft blend of modern, luxurious and comprehensive ensures authentic uniqueness of the space.
