V60 House by Warchitect: Designed for Fresh Air and Connection

The V60 House by Warchitect is more than just a modern home; it's a sanctuary crafted for its owners, a couple who work as airline pilots. Spending hours in confined cockpits, they desired a home that offers open, permeable spaces filled with natural light and fresh air. The goal? A design that maintains a connection to nature and each other.

Smart Layout with Courtyards and Open Spaces

Located on a quiet street with low pollution levels on Vibhavadi 60, this house sits on a generous plot of 200 square wah surrounded by family land. Instead of a traditional compact home, Warchitect designed a structure with three distinct sections: Common area, bedroom, and living room. These zones are separated by living green courtyards, ensuring constant natural airflow and visual openness.

Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Living

The house is designed to blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. Large glass sliding doors open fully, welcoming natural breezes and offering stunning views of the surrounding greenery. Rather than walls dividing rooms, the design encourages movement between zones, allowing residents to interact with nature at every step.

Always Connected, No Matter Where You Are

One of the most notable features of the house is its ability to always maintain visual connection between family members. Whether someone is brewing coffee in the living room, another admiring a collection in the bedroom, or parents swimming in the pool, everyone remains visible. This thoughtful layout enhances a sense of closeness while allowing privacy when needed.
