- To clean the inside of the grates, remove them and leave in hot water with a small amount of degreaser;

- After removing heavy grime, wipe the inside of the barbecue with a damp cloth using warm water and degreaser;

- The exterior of the barbecue should be thoroughly cleaned to avoid damaging the surface, especially if it's made of stainless steel;
- Use a soft cloth soaked in neutral detergent and wipe the entire exterior surface;
- Don't worry if the grates don't look new. Heat and cooking can change their color, especially on the inside. It's important that they are disinfected before next use.
