The House with View is an exceptional modern home located in Aspen, Colorado. As its name suggests, the house sits on a rise, allowing it to take full advantage of stunning panoramic views of the Elk Mountains. The project was developed by architects Rowland + Broughton Architecture, whose work on the Game On Home was recently featured on our site.

The excellent location of the House with View in Aspen, Colorado was designed to utilize panoramic views of the Elk Mountains and provide a clean backdrop for the owner's significant collection of modern art.

A strong central axis guides the flow of key interior spaces toward panoramic views and separates open public areas from private living spaces.

The modern entry volume opens to the north side of the house, allowing natural light and ventilation while creating a striking arrival impression with southern mountain views.
