Garden House in Point Lonsdale by Lifespaces Group

Located in the coastal town of Point Lonsdale on the Bellinger Peninsula, Victoria, the limited series Garden House by Lifespaces Group is completed.

Created by architecture studio Auhaus, the Garden House is a limited edition – only ten such homes will be built by Lifespaces Group before the project is discontinued, maintaining exclusivity. The Garden House is the sixth project by Lifespaces, the first release in the second series.

Positioned within a classical interior architecture, the Garden House is designed to enhance the external environment, highlighting several garden zones around the house.

A single-level home with two garden sides, the Garden House features a private central courtyard and rear terrace for entertaining. High ceilings of 3.1 meters create a sense of space and connection to nature throughout the main corridor and rear living and dining areas. The master bedroom offers views of greenery, with the internal courtyard directly behind it.

This Garden House project includes render cladding using stone masonry to create an elegant facade that complements the surrounding environment and allows garden vegetation to stand out. The Lifespaces Garden House is also available in two other facade options – "Transparent Brick Facade" and "Grambian Blue Facade".
