Season Mansion Model Home by WJ Studio: A Celebration of Life in Changzhou
WJ Studio brings together diverse design and emotional expression in the Season Mansion model home project located in Changzhou, China. Completed in 2024, the project explores three distinct spatial narratives across apartments of 1539 sq ft, 1786 sq ft, and 2034 sq ft. Each apartment reflects the philosophy that a home is not just a place to live, but a sanctuary, playground, and gallery of personal stories.
1. Breathing New Life
Bathed in sunlight and tranquility, this home directly draws its palette from nature. The soothing combination of peach yellow and basil green creates an atmosphere reminiscent of a garden oasis. Here, natural materials and soft finishes define the mood—warm, tactile, and poetic.
Living Room and Dining Area: The integrated kitchen, bar, and dining area promotes social interaction and unexpected moments.
Bedrooms: The main bedroom continues the natural palette, while the parents' bedroom adopts a calming gray tone. The children's room is full of imagination—brimming with color, character, and playful charm.
This model home evokes emotional healing and comfort, highlighting daily rituals under the glow of sunlight and softness.
2. Modern New Trend
This apartment conveys modern elegance and urban chic. The extensive use of stone, wood, and metal sets the tone for understated luxury, enhanced by carefully selected artistic toys, sculptures, and personalized accessories.
Living Room: An elegant backdrop for reading, music, yoga, and relaxation—where high design meets high functionality.
Dining Area and Bedrooms: Orange-brown chairs and metallic accents bring vitality. The main bedroom is surrounded by olive-brown tones, while the children's room inspires creativity. The boy's bedroom follows a contemporary monochrome aesthetic with highly textured details.
This apartment speaks of homeowners whose personalities are reflected in every corner—where each angle is styled with intention and inspiration.
3. Eastern New Luxury Style
Rooted in Eastern elegance, this model home balances symmetry, material richness, and spatial clarity. From the dark wood and marble in the foyer to wide open living spaces framed by panoramic windows, the home radiates calm luxury.
Living Space: A sculptural marble wall, L-shaped sofa, and horsehair chair define a relaxed yet refined atmosphere.
Reading Nook: Equipped with vinyl records, exquisite lighting, and elegant furniture—this cozy corner carries an artistic touch.
Private Zones: Bedrooms reflect elegance with a warm textured palette. A multi-functional room combining entertainment, collecting, and reading celebrates the flexibility of modern family life.
This apartment pays homage to cultural elegance and timeless beauty, where tradition meets modernity.
Unifying Concept: Design Understanding Life
In all three apartments, WJ Studio created environments tailored to individual lifestyles, aspirations, and rhythms. Thoughtful selection of color, materials, light, and space ensures that each model apartment is emotionally expressive and aesthetically complete.
Whether you are drawn to the tranquility of nature, the pulse of the city, or the grace of Eastern tradition, these homes demonstrate how design can elevate everyday life to a deeply personal and truly beautiful level.
