Making Life Multi-Planetary
Located in the city of Dungwan, Guangdong Province, the Poly. FS. Skyline Garden complex is a high-quality residential area that stands out in the local real estate market. As the central element of the project, the sales gallery Poly. FS. Skyline Garden, designed by T.K. Chu Design, represents an artistic expression of 'Skyline Garden,' reflecting the project's name and brand characteristics.
Situated by the river, the sales center is landscaped with pools and art installations themed around space. This transparent building features an interior designed as a cosmic dreamlike landscape, harmoniously blending with the surroundings and attracting passersby. The decoration of this three-story building consists of a series of space elements, including capsules, planets, meteors, orbits, and others. Through design, these elements collaborate in a unified visual composition, creating the blueprint of a multi-planetary lifestyle that may become reality in the near future.

In the double-height entrance hall, an artwork titled 0000FF hangs in the center. This hexadecimal blue code represents a spherical piece framed by an arch resembling an umbrella, emitting a blue light like a bright star illuminating the entire sales gallery. Another artwork on the first floor is a statue of the goddess Titan, whose name originates from Titans - immortal beings in Greek mythology. The Titan sits by a window facing inward, where the 'cosmic odyssey' begins.
Next to the entrance hall is a branding pavilion in capsule form, its exterior surface designed as a projection screen displaying images of space and cultural symbols of Dungwan. Inside the 'capsule' is a specific digital installation. The history and future of 'Skyline Garden' are projected onto the floor and ceiling, reflected in mirrors, offering visitors an experience of loss, immersion, and rebirth.

The decorative board with glossy or matte finish is the primary material in the interior due to its excellent formability, plasticity, and aesthetics. It protects walls, ceilings, columns, and the 'capsule,' spreading from the first to the third floor.
The second floor is designated for VIP rooms, offices, and a showcase. The back wall of the display space is adorned with blue starlight ribbons, while other walls feature reflective surfaces where white spherical lamps are arranged in the shape of the Big Dipper.
The ceilings of the third floor are carefully illuminated, creating a floating effect above masses and providing a dramatic atmosphere. The light strip is decorated with perforated stainless steel panels, resembling a star river flowing from west to east and forming an axis that divides different zones. On its southern side, enclosed spaces such as elevator rooms, restrooms, a children's room, and a service room are located, along with open areas including a sandbox, galleries, and stairs. Sculptural and artistic design, asymmetrically placed spaces are created for the 'projection' of the universe. On the other side facing the river, a reading hall, social zones, and a bar are located, allowing visitors to enjoy social events in a picturesque setting.

Colorful and transparent polyhedral glass was used to create a group of art installations. With unconventional forms distributed in space, they generate vibrant interactions between light and shadow. Additionally, toys from ALTTA 'Space Suit Series' add a playful layer to the spatial narrative, transforming the project into a transfer center on Earth connecting various universes and planets. Thus, friends from space such as DINGU, Cosmonaut Bobo, and Titan can travel to Earth through the transfer center. Similarly, friends living on Earth can be transported to other planets via this transfer center.
The design team avoids creating a typical sales gallery, plain and dull. Instead, they aim to create a 'functional artwork' that integrates artistic works and ideology into the space, allowing people to immerse themselves in the spatial narrative. T.K. Chu Design acts as a curator who defines the location and power of each artwork and invites artists to participate in its creation and exhibition.
