Residential House 321, designed by Ascoz Arquitectura in Ribera Alta, Spain, presents a captivating Asian oasis that harmoniously blends sophistication and comfort. Located across three levels and spanning over 6,695 square feet, this home offers a luxurious experience reminiscent of a hotel. Perched on a hillside, the house stands out with concrete strips that create dynamic interactions of light and shadow, blurring the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces. The integration of vegetation into its structure enhances harmony with nature. Carefully crafted design, emphasizing details, makes Residential House 321 an ideal sanctuary for a family, evoking the feeling of an endless vacation. From its elegant kitchen and heated outdoor jacuzzi to a bamboo-covered terrace, and a basement with wine cellar, garage, and gym — every element radiates elegance and luxury.
Residential House 321: an Asian oasis by Ascoz Arquitectura. The building demonstrates a balance of sophistication and comfort. Its concrete strip construction creates a dynamic interplay of light and shadow.
Residential House 321, created by the architectural firm Ascoz Arquitectura in Valencia, evokes similar feelings as staying at a luxury resort. Over 625 square meters (6,500 sq ft) distributed across three levels, this house is a perfect example of balance between sophistication and comfort.
Situated on a hill in the Ribera Alta region, it combines exotic vegetation, dreamy swimming pool, and an exceptional style reminiscent of a luxury resort by the Pacific Ocean. Its design is based on concrete strips that create dynamics between light and shadow, interior and exterior spaces, as well as vegetated terraces offering a unique visual perception.
These strips, like the rest of the house, are made from pre-stressed concrete based on a three-dimensional design structure and carefully developed project. Vegetation is inserted between structural elements, with external spaces prioritized. Thus, the boundaries between interior and exterior are blurred, achieving a smooth and harmonious appearance. Two trees physically integrated into the structure enhance the sense of unity with nature.
"Living in an oasis. Coming home at night, falling asleep as if we were always on vacation." Such were the desires of the family. They aimed to feel at ease and happy in their home just as they would be in the best hotel. We worked closely with them, caring for every detail and striving to meet all their expectations. Residential House 321 allowed them to start a new chapter in their lives," says Damian Ascoz, architect and founder of Ascoz Arquitectura.
The elegance of the house unfolds in its details: an elegant kitchen and its appliances, a heated outdoor jacuzzi, bamboo covering the terrace roof, as well as a wine cellar with garage and gym located in the basement. Some key elements for this family were a 100-square-meter (1,076 sq ft) living-dining room, a fantasy pool, and an exquisite garden. The Ascoz Arquitectura team gathered their ideas and developed a project fully aligned with their wishes.
Materials, open doors between two rooms and their bathrooms on the upper floor, as well as the streamlined design of the main staircase reflect the carefree pleasure that the family desired for their new home.
