This striking house combines spaciousness and warmth. The first floor features a large living area and an exquisite dining table by a tranquil water element. The kitchen seamlessly connects to the outdoor pool. On the second floor are peaceful bedrooms and a private TV room. The lower level accommodates everyday functions. Bold architecture combines curves and concrete, creating an exceptional living experience.

Stepping through the entrance on the first floor, the blend of welcoming atmosphere and spaciousness creates a warm greeting. The large living room invites moments of friendly conversation and relaxation. At the center, an exquisite dining table invites memorable gatherings where stories are shared and bonds are strengthened. A small water mirror element connects to the continuation of the pool, evoking a sense of calm that permeates the surrounding environment.
The kitchen area, strategically placed behind the dining table, smoothly connects to the terrace and pool. This is an ideal setting for hosting guests and creating unforgettable memories. The perfect integration between the living room, dining area, kitchen, and pool ensures harmonious fluidity that transcends boundaries between interior and exterior spaces.
The upper floor is designed for the intimate zone of the home. Here, carefully planned rooms provide a peaceful sanctuary for inhabitants. The gentle inclusion of a small TV room maintains privacy, allowing the space to remain a retreat for rest even when the house is open to guests.

The lower floor ensures the necessary functionality of the house. This level houses service areas and parking, providing organization and practicality for daily life.
What makes this house truly captivating is its bold architectural form. The massive concrete volume transforms through strategically incorporated curves, breaking its solidity with a note of elegance. On the upper floor, this folded shell adds complexity and charm, giving the volume a captivating aesthetic appeal. Meanwhile, large glass openings on the lower level create a sense of lightness and illusion of floating above the ground.
In short, this three-story house is a sublime expression of architectural creativity. The creation of zones integrated with reserve spaces, together with the daring combination of forms and materials, creates a home that is not just a dwelling but a functional work of art elevating everyday living to a sublime level.
